Migjorn Beach Formentera
Covering the most of the southern part of this magnificent island, and for a lot of regulars the most authentic part of Formentera. Migjorn beach stretches all the way from where Cap the Barbaria starts to the other end which is La Mola. The typical Migjorn beach is a combination of rocky areas wind sandy bits in between. The water is crystal clear and in some areas just as much so as the more famous Illetes beach.
On Migjorn Beach there are several restaurants and bars (or chiringuitos), with a variety of mediterranean cuisines. The beach bars or chiringuitos are also great places to enjoy sunsets with a Mojito listening to laid back music.... What more can you wish for? Not much! That's why we love this part of the island. You could literally spend the entire day on this side of the island and keep coming back for more every day of your stay as there are so many little coves and nucks to chill. Together with the many places to eat & drink this makes for an excellent spot to be, and just be... without the hustle and bustle that can sometimes be found on the more popular beaches of Formentera.
Perhaps the more authentic Formentera...
